 Julienne-cut yam potato with Japanese pickled plums flesh sauce, 
Kinpira (salty-sweet soybean sauce) lotus root, 
Vegetable curry with steamed rice, 
Macaroni salad


Oyster gratin, 
Satoimo (taro root) & shishito peppers with dried bonito buttered flakes, 
Kobe beef tsukudani (simmered in soy sauce and mirin) & yam potato
