Bento Recipes 44


Spanish omelet of sweet yam potato, 
Steamed rice with zenmai (Japanese flowering fern) & bamboo shoots,   
Sauteed lotus root & Konjac noodle with spicy Chinese sauce.



Buri-daikon (simmered adult yellowtail & daikon radish), 
Vegetable yakisoba (fried noodle), 
Ohitashi of spinach (boiled spinach)
