Tofu/purple onion/cheese salad, 
Kakiage (mixed tempura) of celery leaf/
nagaimo (Japanese mountain yam)/ingen (green beans) on rice, 
Fried bean-curd bag stuffed with steamed rice & hijiki seaweed


Pork shabu-shabu with grated daikon (Japanese radish), 
Simmered Japanese turnips & ingen (green beans), 
Aburaage (deep-fried tofu) & soybeans
